Surprises arrived today!!!! I have to say, I'm super excited about receiving items from 3 "new to me" companies. :D

    IMG_0236.HEIC.jpg

So, clearly I'm a coffee person... and I'm also a whiskey person (not sure if SS was playing on that as well), but small batch coffee aged in whiskey barrels is definitely something that should smell incredible when grinding and while brewing. But...most importantly, is the viscosity and flavors as the aromatics meld with the flavor profiles as you begin to experience a new coffee for the first time. I'm really looking forward to this. Well played SS!!!

Next up, a Civivi 'flipper.'.. So, I've never owned a Civivi, but this knife appears to be very well made. Very smooth operation, positive locking mechanism, and super light. A man can never have too many carry options, and this one will be put to good use!!! :santa2: Thank you!

Last item... my apologies as I just realized I chopped the photo a bit so the item is not depicted very well. However, it's a Mission Tactical insulated beverage bottle. Any quality beverage conveyance is welcome in our household, but I have to say when I saw the writing on the front of the bottle, it brought a smile to my face and gave me a quick chuckle as I thought back onto a time in my younger life that was much more dynamic and 'adventurous' than the current, older version of me. For those that don't know, an M7A3 is a hand-deployable gas munitions canister (grenade), and this labeling is depicting it as containing 'CS' gas (in lieu of OC, CN, etc.)... Fun times going through a 'training exposure' via gas tent when the grenadier happens to be in training as well and makes a mistake w/his environment calculations and ends up creating an over-concentrated 'gas environment'. Anything that brings back memories of our younger and more vibrant days, in a positive way, is a home run in my book. I'm sure this won't be the last time this item brings a smile to my face or brings back memories of some of the best years and experiences of my life. Again, my sincere thank you!!!

PS>>> I have no idea who my SS is :spy:

Good thing the pit stop took a while. I tried for a hot minute, maybe two, to wait for the breeze to get the ToyoMafia flag flying like that.

Some dude with a Wind Chill Pearl White Supervisory looking truck. He's kind of a dick though. He thinks he's a bad ass with his killer mustache.

My son wants a Subaru once he lands his first real job after he graduates in May. I've known people who owned them and loved them for the most part. What's your experience with them?

We are on our second Forester (wife's ride) it's a '22... They've had a couple of quirks a few years ago w/transmission changes and the WRX STIs have some reliability issues, but all in all she loves the 2 she's owned. Their AWD system has been in play for a long time, and I feel that my wife is safer driving that system through various weather conditions than other platforms...

I know that was directed at @RainMan_PNW , but I thought I'd throw in another opinion...

WOW! My SS hooked me up! Thanks so much. I’m already a huge fan of Santa Fe Brewing but I can rarely find their stuff around me, so very excited to crack one of those later. It’s all awesome and perfect. And my boy will be stoked to pick out a game or two for the Switch this weekend! Thank you again.

Thanks - he wants to live out west in good ski country. He really likes the AWD for that. I just told him he has to have room for Mom & Dad to stay with him when we go out there to ski, I mean visit him.

Was actually talking of the sexiest color around providing the flag backdrop.
