also have a

midland MXT275 I may put in

I need to figure out some way to secure my fridge either in the cab or bed (dometic CFX35w)

also put a dual usb on the dash by my ICS mount since I had everything torn apart

 

You notice any difference with the TRD front sway on? I did the rear, still considering the front..

 

I def noticed it on my truck. Doing both of them made a pretty significant difference in handling with the height and weight habitat.

Time for a supercharger I guess.

it kinda feels like it too. It is nice being able to fit in a normal garage though and a few extra mpg

I’ve had a few people interested.. who then fell off the face of the earth. I still have it

 

Swapped out the hooks for the decked box for ones that bolt in the bed rails. Had to enlarge the metal plate in the decked slightly and then ran them through the snack trays. Now I don’t have to worry about knocking them out anymore lol

 

color makes it look like you're missing the Tacoma.....

 

I really dig those Decked toolboxes. Makes me wish i went with one of those instead of my Tractor Supply LoPro. But it holds my tools and supplies so i cant justify the switch.... yet..

 

definitely has pandra vibes to it

 

I've been really happy with it thus far. I did change out the anchors to ones that hook into the bed rails though.

Truck looks great! Did you do the 2020 head unit swap yourself? Did you get your conversion harness from Auto Harness House?

 

Yup. I bought it from someone else here but I believe that’s where they got the harness.

 

Roger that. Happy with it so far? Was going to go aftermarket, but I do love the idea of a nice clean OEM upgrade.

 

Yup. Availability was spotty with aftermarket when I got it.. plus everything works and looks just like factory

 

Awesome. I'm of the same mind...love keeping the dash looking factory. Guess I need to keep my eye out for a deal on a factory head unit...

 

Finally got around to figuring out how to mount my fridge. Ran like this for 10 days with a goal zero yeti 500x.

Depending on ambient temperature, it would use about 40% per 24 hours. I could recharge about 10% per hour.



removed the 4 bolts for the rear seat, reinstalled 2 of the bolts with some tie downs I had (they are the OEM ones in the Tacoma bed) and used some 550 cord to make some loops at the base of the passenger seat.

 

Delivered habitat to its new home yesterday

 

took a hot minute to get that gone

 

Took longer than I expected but it seems a lot of people either wanted it for a steal, free delivery to the coast or didn't understand I couldn't show up and put it on your truck in a parking lot lol

 

yeah I can imagine there were a million low ballers

 

while at the same time ignoring that there's been 3 price increases and a 6 month lead time on new ones.
