I could use some insight to replacing my stock 26.4 gallon gas tank with a Transfer Flow 46 gallon tank.
    PN TF-0800114225

The increase in fuel weight is around 120lbs. Not sure about tank weight difference.

It’s the compatibility of the in cab gas gauge, mpg computer and other related electronics, sensors, etc., that I’m not sure about.
Any helpful information would be appreciated.

Gas gauge/ mpg computer will be off.

As far as I know they can't be calibrated with the Transferflo 46g tank.

When the low fuel light comes on you'll have approximately 10g left.

It's a loooong tank, nearly kisses the back axle.

    Hope this helps.

Very helpful. In your opinion, was it worth it? Also, any idea of the tank weight empty?

Absolutely worth it. My commutes can range 250mi - 550mi one way depending on where I'm working (UT/NV/AZ).

No idea on tank weight empty.

Btw, I bought the tank when they were $1650. No idea what they're going for now.

    Thanks for the link.
That guy ought to be a tech manual writer if he isn’t one already. Detailed and easy to understand including some quality photos.
If it fits my ‘21 SR5 then I’m getting one. If not, it was still a great read.

I did a quick search and it looks like $1900.00 and up to over $2200.00 depending who it’s bought from. You got yours at a good time.
