Chisos Mountains - they look like mountains to me. Warm mountains which are vastly superior to the cold mountains you have up there. Ask @Fotnot .

That are some mountains in Texas. But as a whole we don't have mountains. Only time I really see mountains is when I leave the state.....

They are everywhere. Unfortunately. But I never see those types of trucks off road, so that's a plus.

 

You keep talking like that and they may not let you back in. I have yet to get to Big Bend but I have been in some snowy ass mountains in Macedonia (I stepped into Serbia) and the green mountains of Honduras.

 

We got some pretty tall hills though.

horsepower diesels with 18 speeds can create...especially when working 80-100000 lbs down the road

The main mountain, Mount Trashmore, now 60 feet in height and 800 feet long, was created by compacting layers of solid waste and clean soil. Recognized for its environmental feat, this former landfill features a water-wise garden that boasts xeriscaping which requires minimal water.

The park also features a smaller mountain, Encore Hill, and two lakes. Lake Windsor (located along South Blvd.) is brackish water fed by Thalia Creek. Lake Trashmore (located along Edwin Drive) is freshwater and hosts various species of fish.
