    Hello Fellow Tundra Enthusiast

I'm planning on camping this summer and living in my Tundra. I have not yet decided if I want to rough it and make a cozy back bed with a fabric Bedliner and a camper shell

    Or

Go all out with an Overhead pop-up camper.

I can't find any new Fabric bed liners & I am also having no luck in finding a Pop-up Camper that fits in Tundra's

Any feedback and heads-up are greatly appreciated.

Big detail you'll need to hash out: 3 different cab types == 3 different bed dimensions. So be very careful when you're searching, because what fits a Double Cab bed, won't fit an Access Cab bed, won't fit a Regular Cab bed ... in every possible line you can draw between the three. Based on your avatar, you'll specifically need to hunt out parts to fit an Access Cab.

FWIW, and it make it even more confusing: I was trying like hell to find anyone to buy, hell even take for free, the 3-piece folding tonneau cover (TonnoPro) I bought for my truck. It ended up in the garage at my parent's place in southern AL after I had it listed here and on Craigslist for months. For whatever reason, the manufacturer, TonnoPro, specifically stated it'd only fit '04-'06 Access Cab trucks, so there must be a difference from '00-'03 making that company believe it wouldn't fit the '00-'03.

All I can help with is rubber bed mats, not fabric or bedrugs.

    Thanks for the heads up.

I found this camper shell and thinking to build out a living spot inside..

I was full time RVing in a awesome A class diesel pusher,.... I sold like, an idiot do to.. "love"...which did not work out. So, I'm going back on the road.

Just not sure if I want to carry around a Pop up or like I mentioned, go with a Fabric Bed liner and Camper shell..

Appears finding a carpet and Pop up camper are both challenging

Have to make sure that is for an access cab not a double cab.

That was my thought too. "XC" is intended for "extended cab", which is normally not a double cab, but what if they mean "extra cab", as in "crew cab"? :D

LonePeak Overland Campers will fit. You will just have to wait until August... I have one reserved for June delivery, and debating on giving up my spot in line for something a little more "practical"

Yes, I confirmed it fits an access cab.

The $1600 price tag, the dual rear latches, and the lack of an inner interior keeps me steady on the fence post. I like the extended height but am not ready to pull the trigger yet..

I got mine at the $5k introductory price. After $1k in shipping, and another $1k in accessories, I’m all in for $7k. Expensive, but cheaper than the nearest competitor.

But new orders are a little higher in price, and won’t deliver until August.

Not sure which way to go, maybe a unit like this would be better as I will be full timing
