As stated in the title this is the Agency 6 winch shackle donated by @Hightide in the recent raffle for Anthony and his family. Retail value on this item is $120. Here's your chance to get it for half price.

I would personally love to have a reason to need this, but alas i do not. Proceeds from this sale will be donated in the buyers name to the @TucsonTundra1794 fundraiser via @RainMan_PNW who has offered to facilitate getting the funds to Anthony.

Definitely a badass shackle!

went with the F55 splicer because I like the fact that I’m no longer reliant on a thimble. Not that these wouldn’t work without a thimble, I just like the idea that the splicers are designed without the thimble in mind, so if things go really sideways I can always just splice in a new rope using a fids, chop sticks, screwdriver, what have you. Don’t hear of too many thimbles getting crushed/ruined but I can happen

Just something to think about..

 

Sounds like i need to toss a couple thimbles in my kit…
