All, I installed the RSB today. I’ve read a lot on guys having to install to the back of the axle due to having a 6” lift. I have a 6” lift and installed to the bottom of the axle and everything looks to be sitting properly. Is there something I’m missing? Do I need to swing it to the back? If so, why?
Thanks. I haven’t tightened anything down yet trying to make sure I have it right first.

The end links should be vertical and the sway bar should be horizontal. With your sway bar installed as such it appears that the end links are angled forward and the sway bar is pitched up. This setup would yield a less effective anit-sway moment, as well as the possiblity of the links inverting as the suspension cycles.

It will take a little effort and time - but not much - to rotate those mounts to the back of the axle as has be suggested, but you will see the difference.

Does make sense. Lee there was something I wasn’t thinking of.
    Thanks for the reply.

How close is the sway bar linkage to your tailpipe?

Its a couple inches away. I moved the brackets facing back like Blenton mentioned doing. looks better. the end links are now angled reverse, which would give more play as the suspension moves.

I mounted mine on the backside of the axle housing but I'm over 6" so I bought extended links from BDS. They bolt up to the TRD bar just fine. Now I've got the RSB brackets facing downward.
