Looking for a good name in slotted, drilled break disks for my 2010.

A buddy has a 2002 Sequoia and he put drilled slotted breaks on and has over 200k miles on them. Pads get replaced but the disks are like new.

Last spring I got some new disks and pads all the way around from Big O and I need new rotors (cracked in rear) and all pads worn to squeeler. I don't tow or slam on the breaks all over town, in Salt Lake and they are cooked.

There are a bunch of threads about this. The one major thing that pops up is do not get them with slotted and drilled it affects the west. The slotted ones are the way to go. That is my take on the threads that discuss this.

Not sure if you are interested, but I have a full set of (4) OEM rotors with 12k on them from my 2021 that was upgraded. 8k was highway use, so almost like new. They are listed under 2.5 gen marketplace or if you want pm me. Fwiw, my choice was stoptech slotted cryo treated rotors and EBC yellow stuff pads. I don't use brakes much, but when it's time to stop, it will shut down.

I have EBC slotted and drilled on the Tundra and the 4Runner and no complaints after years.

No sir. Got them after the OEM ones warped on both. Run them with the EBC green stuff pads, and had the 4Runner brakes for probably 5 years and the Tundra for a year now.
