Found a 2010 5.7 with 210k miles he wants close to 13k for it. I don’t know much about tundras but I’ve always been obsessed with them. Is this a good deal? How many miles should I expect with tundras. Also what’s the best year? Looking forward to learn more.

I wouldn't call it a great deal, but depends where you live and the trucks condition. Here in Utah there are quite a few around that mileage (or less) in the $10k or cheaper range.

I’m in Washington state. Most of the vehicles are in pretty good shape.

Jump on it. You won't be sorry. I drove to Co. from Pa. in August to buy a 2007 with 213000 and haven't had a bit of trouble yet.

I’ll echo what they’re saying. It varies truck by truck, so just feel it out really well. Be critical, but realistic. I just bought an ‘11 Platinum with 230k on it and I’m tickled to death with it. It’s my 4th Tundra I’ve had. Really liked each one of them.

Is it the red one in Gig Harbor? If so that trucks a 2wd and I would not pay that.

I am in NY, I bought my 2010 5 yrs ago for $15K in Virgina. It had 164K miles on it. It has just over 210K now. It was a great buy.

It's a good bet that it will still be running long after the new 22's crap out.

I made a similar purchase, also highly recommend the year. Feature set that is standard is really nice. Lots of storage and convenience, dual climate knobs in all models, grab handles, etc. If you upgrade the audio to something with more modern features, it basically feels like a new truck. Just make sure there isn't any rust poking holes in things underneath.

Bought a 2013 with 225k on it. Have 280k now. No issues other than the flex fuel starting issue occasionally
