I was just looking at the Falkens. What offset are you running? I'm trying to figure out what offset I need to keep the tires flush.

When you know that leaving the ranch, towing the travel trailer is going be a muddy slippery mess, you go ahead and self impose the Christmas dash. And let the ol girl eat!!

And this was the last time my 4WD would work for the weekend. Shortly after this, it would not go into 4WD, tried everything I could. Dropped at dealer this morning, needs the transfer case actuator. First time in driving Tundra's for the last decade that I needed to replace one. And yes I use 4WD at least once a month, if not more times in the fall thru end of spring. Just a bad part I guess.

Question for you.... Have you changed your transfer case fluid? If you have, what did you use?
There is a theory out there that the special Toyota fluid will prevent this failure. However, very few people have actually used it because it is expensive.....

I have replaced it, about 6 months ago. Used the A/M equivalent. Not sure which brand, as the receipt is in the truck still. Good to note, maybe I should swap it out.

This wasn’t aimed at me, but I’ve used Ravenol 75W for the TC in both my 4Runner and my Tundra. Ordered off Amazon. One bottle leaked a bit in my 2nd shipment. They sent me another bottle for free. Never had an issue with the Ravenol.

It just has the factory trail wheels on it. As soon as I get the 4R back from the warden, I’m getting some FN Wheels.

I think it's a +15. CustomOffsets said a 0 offset would be flush with the fender well. They are backordered for 3 to 4 weeks.

Beautiful! Who’d you order the seat from? You ever fine through College Station on your way to Houston? I’d love to check out the seat. Can’t stand my Platinum seat, though the power adjustments would be missed.

You're going to have a great trip! Maine is just beautiful this time of year. Make sure you hit the Cabelas while up there, I've gotten some of my best deals up there.

You say, go to Maine and instead of saying LLBean you send them to Cabelas? Its like you've never been to Freeport

It definitely isn't what it used to be, but its still a unique experience.

I'm going there seeking for solitude 3-4 times a year by myself and 2-3 times w/ the family. Tomorrow is "no humans plz" trip :) It's not as distant and desolate as the Trans-Taiga road in northern Quebec, but it is only 5-9 hours one way from where I live, depending on traffic. Not 4 days. Also Thanksgiving grants there won't be even hunters, not until Friday afternoon.

Agreed. Did a trip from Akron Oh, to finger lakes, to upstate VT, over to Bangor/Acadia then back to Akron. Maine and VT were our favorite. People were so nice. That's even during fall of 2020 when Covid was crazy.

I’ll try to get some night action ones. I’ve changed versions of stuff so not up to date
