I have a 2022 1794 that has the air suspension and the self leveling headlights. I adjusted the air suspension so that it no longer hits the bump stops. By doing so I lifted the back of the truck by 1.5 inches. The weird thing is that I have never seen the headlights self level when I raise or lower the suspension. I am wondering that since I raised the back of the truck that now my headlights are aiming lower than they should. Has anyone that has adjusted their suspension so it doesn’t hit the bump stops has had to adjust the headlights?

Reading the instructions when installing the three inch lift kit it shows that to adjust the self leveling headlights is a rather complex procedure that needs to be done at the Toyota dealer. Wondering if any owner has adjusted he headlights to aim higher by using the adjustment behind each headlight?

What is self leveling about them if they do not adjust to the adjustments made as designed by the system? Do they only adjust down automatically if there is a load in the truck?

    Lots of stuff!
My Limited TRD has the switch. I was playing with the buttons and was surprised to see the headlights go up and down on command.

I have a platinum too and I did raise the drivers side a little to make it look even. I’ve never seen them automatically adjust and I do wish they kept the little knob. I was wondering if I messed up the self level feature because I raised one. But yes if your lights seem to high or low there is a little adjustment screw behind the light that you can fit a small screwdriver in

Do you remember which way to turn to raise the light beam?

No, I’m not sure. I just started turning it and could see the light going up or down
