    But I'm gonna laugh if they go on a downward spiral from here and end up 8-9 and the Packers somehow go on another miraculous run-the-table run and end up 10-7.

    Tarkenton was great....until they lost to the real Rams in the NFC championships more than once. Sigh.....I liked Fran too. Roman Gabriel was good back in the day.....

    If Wilson can embrace that he is not an elite QB (just a very good one) and get a coach that can maximize his skill set the Broncos can do well. Wilson thought that Pete was holding him back when he was actually getting the most out of him.

    Yep. A great example was P Manning. Not in his prime but was surrounded by very good talent here. Had time to throw a gazillion passes. Everyone got a ring. Wilson doesn't have that offensive line that Manning had. Bronco's defense isn't bad at all. Wilson has the same problem as Rodgers. It's nice to have time to actually get out of the pocket......if there is a pocket.

    Wilson was not worth 165 guaranteed. Sean Payton could maximize his last few years and Walmart has a lot of money.

    Hackett is lost and has no vision for change. He can’t adjust. He sucks. He needs to go.

    I never saw what others saw in him and had no faith he'd make a change on another team, Denver or otherwise.
    Of course I'm also a Packers fan and haven't forgotten the fail-mary. :p

    A few years ago I was hanging out in a bar near Lambeau Field with a Seahawks jersey on. Got a lot of Fail Mary questions! It might have been a bad call but at least it ended the ref strike though.;) Unfortunately Rodgers basically owned Wilson except for a NFC championship game with a miracle comeback.

    I haven't forgotten the 38-10 Packers win with the 5 interceptions vs Russel 6 years ago. It was the happiest I've been vs. the Seahawks, but I would trade in all the regular season wins the last so many years for that NFCC game Packers meltdown. I was looking forward to a potential win against Brady in the Superbowl being that they beat the Pats in the regular season that same year.

    In the end, I don't have a problem with the Seahawks, I just don't care for Wilson. He never impressed me as a passer. Believe it or not, I actually have a lot of respect for some of the former players that were part of the Wilson era, including Lynch and Sherman (probably not something you'd normally hear from a Packers fan). I've also actually enjoyed the Seahawks games that I happened to watch this season with Geno.
