    Fix the cosmetics. Is the bumper missing on purpose? Are you going for street use or
    live in a mud hole? I’m a tires guy, so that’s where I’d start. Always clean it up,
    get everything to work.

    If the rest of the truck hasn't been molested too bad, I would start with a used aftermarket or custom DIY bumper.
