Hello. I figured I should share my experience with Hi-rev tail lights in order to help fellow Tundra owners. I bought my tail lights in July 2021 and received them several weeks later. Installed them and they worked beautifully. Flash forward to October 2022, the reverse lights begin to flicker. Then this issue stopped, or so I thought. I noticed more flickering last week and this time got someone to put it in reverse so I can see what's going on. Turns out I have various rows of LED lights that are now not working! In total there are (I believe) 6 columns of LED reverse light bulbs (3 in each tail light). I have 4 out of the 6 not working anymore!

I decided to email HI-rev with a video of the issue with the hope that they could provide a resolution out of warranty. Their warranty is one-year and their agent said they can only offer me 20% off my next purchase. What horrible customer service and terrible quality! Yes, I know the warranty is only one-year, but these lights I paid over $300 for are only around 15 months old and are already not functioning!

So purchase at your own risk. I for sure will NOT being anymore products from them. I guess you get what you pay you.
