Yep, I am back from the dead! I was NewImprovedRon for a long time and then dropped off the map. I let too many folks get to me wanting to argue and sharp-shoot all the time. I should have just let it roll off my back, disengaged myself from the topics, and maybe used the "ignore" button more judiciously. Just goes to show you that even a 72-year-old can learn a thing or two LOL. What I forgot, in the process, was that I would genuinely miss the great forum members who try to help folks with their questions and who are terrific sources of information. In retrospect, I should have kept my original user ID and not asked that all my posts be deleted. I guess too much time as elapsed at this point for me to get my old posts back but that is ok. I'm also thankful that the ban hammer was lifted when the mistaken identity was resolved. I'm a nice guy, really lol!

I don't know who the other person is but, if he doesn't live near NW Arkansas, he is not from my neck of the woods.

 

Good tips and advice, for sure. I've had to learn the same. Ignore is a good feature, but I also have to periodically review the list to see if people come off it. Some have, and some never will, but second chances are a good thing.

 

Nope, not soured in the least. The Mods fixed it for me when they were made aware of the error. Sounds like an honest mistake and one that was remedied quickly. Thanks!
