The 14 and up 5th gen 4Runner is similar. I actually wanted a 13 body style due to the looks of the 14, but by the time I decided to get one the 13's were all gone. FFW 8 years and I think the 14 looks good. Maybe Toyota design is just a few years ahead of their time?

For sure. Look at how polarizing the latest 4Runner was when it launched, and now it's almost universally adored.

If I won $1.9 billion...

I would likely stop getting into heated arguments with tire shops (big o, les schwab etc) over $40 shop supply fees+ $25 tire disposal fees+$4 of god knows what plus the taxes charged on it.

I would pay the exorbitant fee and not think a third time about it

If everyone got angry over these fees, they'd stop with them.

 

Well, I actually won that and can say that I did not. Bummer.....
I would buy a ton of land somewhere and build my dream home, take care of my immediately family and kids. Donate enough money that will make a big difference to worthy causes that help the homeless and veterans.
Go on one hell of a vacation to a tropical island so I have have endless drinks supplied to me by a lot of Suntanned Honeys.
I have to think about the rest.

With 1.9B you could just open your own tire shop chain that doesn't charge those fees, and open then right next door to the other chains stores. Run 'em out of business!

 

Or set up a trust to pay a $100,000 salary to a good mechanic. Then you know exactly who effs up, and you can fire them.

 

There is that option too. With that kind of money, I'd give serious thought to having a top quality mechanic on retainer who would drop everything to come fix my shit at a moment's notice.

Buy any big enough piece of land here in Breckenridge and house all of the local workforce that needs it. All with modest mountain houses that aren't the usual dumb mansions you usually see being built here.

Take care of my immediate family members, give each of them 10M. Close friends will receive 100k each. Set up my nephews on a trust fund to go to college and make them use the degree they earned. Tundra Members on here get 1 free mod but must install the mod themselves without help from others.

Set up my dream homes in 5 different states, each with a dream garage and farm on private land and house my parents there.
Keep the Tundra and build it to be the powerhouse vehicle. Buy a RHD Land Cruiser 70 series and Cummins/LS swap it and buy a RHD Supra with the infamous 2JZ and build those to be my toys. Also hire a mechanic on a trust to pay $250k to help me learn and take care of my vehicle with me.

Invest in Toyota and become a stockholder to help stop putting chrome on Toyotas and start putting V8 engines back out in the market in Tundras.
Open a asian chain restaurant that gives back to communities and support local farmers.
