Capstone has chrome handles. So as far as we know, he had the cab wrapped black, switched the grill to trd OR (kinda weird he didn't go for the TRD pro) and wheels/tires/lift. Those are different 22" (maybe?) wheels than what comes on the truck.

 

I have a hybrid, love it!!

 

@THORYOTA not everybody desires the TRD Pro grille... Didn't realize the rear window frame is also chrome...

How many days did yalls take from build date to delivery?

 

2 weeks in June

 

My build date was 10/21 and was told an approximate delivery date is 11/17

 

Thanks, my build date is 11/14 i was really hoping to get it in November so I dont have to see if Toyota decides to raise interest rates even further in December.....

 

Just got my 2023 SR5 Premium in yesterday! Build date was Oct 12th, I'm in Utah so not a crazy long train transport. Arrived in under 4 weeks from the build date!

Picked it up yesterday. 10/6 Build date. Black interior. Night and day difference from my 2017 Tacoma TRD Pro.

Is that MGM? 2023? Put some sunlight on that thing so we can see it shine. 1st time I've seen tow mirrors on a PRO.

 

It is MGM, I like it more than I thought I would, coming from a cement taco, loved that cement. I’ll work on some better pics after I give it a wash. We’ve had some sloppy roads recently. I got lucky with the tow mirrors and no spray in bed liner.

 

Build date was 10/3, took delivery 10/21. 2023 black on red.

 

Here is our 2022 Limited TRD OR 4x4 6.5 bed. Ordered January 29th, delayed from March 16th to June 10th build and picked up from dealer on August 8th. So far so good, have 6200 miles so far. Had two little issues with alignment and the windshield cowl molding, and the right axle seal started leaking. All fixed quickly with no parts downtime. Comparing to my 2014 it is night and day. I miss my V8 but the rest of the truck is incredible.

295/70/18 Cooper Discover AT3X
Zero rub issues before I leveled it. Obviously zero after level kit installed.
Factory wheels. Luv the look luv the tires zero noise! It’s basically a 35 inch tire but it’s 11.5 wide instead of 12.5 on most 35s. Again I didn’t want any rubbing issues and don’t need 12wide.
It looks amazing

I was asked what tire I’m running on my 2022 SR5
295/70/18 they fit perfectly no rubbing and no mods. There basically identical to 35s minus and inch width.
There 11.5 wide most 35s are 12.5 wide.
I’m on stock wheels. Wanted zero rubbing and no mods to get them to fit.

Nice. I want to get my wife a blue Capstone but she needs to see one and test drive it before buying. She might be waiting for a while. Hopefully you were able to pay only MSRP?

 

We got pretty lucky as the dealer didn't even know they had 2 of these coming until they arrived by train the day before. And yes the dealership we dealt with only charges MSRP.

My truck finally showed up! Only planned "modifications" at this time is to put on the MillerCat & my RetraxProXR that I had pre-ordered.

Blueprint- Platinum Crewmax hybrid 4X4. Options Black tailgate insert badge, Nonskid spray on bed liner, premium carpet mats, center console safe & window tint. MSRP + the dealer "Lifetime window tint".

 

lol dealer lifetime tint = factory tint it looks like. or was that code for ADM?
