No peeling on mine after about a month though I haven’t hauled sharp or heavy items (mostly tires, boxes, camping gear, etc). I checked the edges around the tailgate and mine seems pretty well attached. My truck was a September build so it’s possible they finally got the kinks out of the manufacturing process

Hopefully that is the case. However, the Line X guy did say he's been seeing this for the past few years on the Tacoma, ever since they switched to composite beds. I'm just glad mine happened right away, I'd much rather have a Line X back there, especially since Toyota already got me for the $600!

I have a 4 ft x 6 ft horse stall mat (cut to 5.5 ft) that works great. I had it in my F150 for 17 years and going on year 2 in the Tundra. I think I paid about $40 for it back in 2004.

I'm watching trailgate and billie bars for a tailgate panel. Neither has one for a 22 model yet.
The guy that bought my Tacoma put a trailgate panel on and it seems pretty nice, if you don't mind a fairly long wait and a giant logo on it.

I have a 5.5 factory bed mat for sale near philly. It’s a month old and in perfect shape. It’s been under an tonneau the entire time. I paid 220 for it. Make me a reasonable offer and come pick it up.

Just picked up my 23 1794 Saturday. Talked the salesman into tossing one in with the sale. So I got the OEM, otherwise I was on track for either a Black Armor or Bed rug.

My toyota rubber bed mat has turned almost white. Anyone else had this happen and know how to get it back to black?

Up until now I haven't been able to order a Bed Rug for my truck but I just looked at their website and it looks like they are https://bedrug.com/bedrug-classic-bed-mat/2022/toyota/tundra

    Stall mats work great.
Make sure you have sharp razor knife blades and a good metal straight edge and it goes easy.

My Bedrug finally arrived right after Christmas. Here's a few photos of the mat and how it fits. I did not use the adhesive / velcro system it came with to stick it down and it's working fine just sitting in the truck loosely (but I am not sliding heavy objects around on it). It's padded enough to be nice on the old knees when I'm climbing around in it and it looks clean. I would definitely recommend even at the higher than expected price.

It has since settled down / flattened out from what is shown in this photo and is working great. I might grab the tailgate piece next but probably won't get the other side pieces they offer (even though they look great in the photo above).

The best I can find for the OEM bed mat is over $200 with shipping. Anyone know of a place giving a decent discount? thanks :)

I called my dealer yesterday and they charged me $195 for a factory short bed one.
I have to pick it up once it arrives.
Just asked them to beat the on line Toyota parts price. It was $10 more delivered to a different local dealer. List was $220.

Just throwing this out there, if you're open to the carpet instead of rubber...

Bed Rug (for the standard 6.5' bed) is $168 w/ free shipping. I imagine it's even cheaper for the short bed. They're waterproof plus chemical & stain resistant with a 3/4" thick rubberized foam underside. I've never owned Bed Rug before, but I've had a buddy that's had his for 5+ years on his F150. He's hauled lumber and a bed full of landscaping gravel with it and it's still holding up well. I'm thinking of buying one once I get my Leer cap installed.

I had an OEM in my 2010 DC and loved it! When I traded it in I took it out for the new 2018 CM. I trim to the end towards the cab and done!

Bringing this thread back up…another plug for Serra. I ordered rotors a while back for our ‘15 and they called to make sure they were the right item… unexpectedly, good service.

I’m about ready to click order on a couple things for my ‘21 CM…bed rail kit and OEM mat ($124 freeship).

Looked at the Black Armor but seems overkill for me.

1/4” seems fine, but I found that I could get a Rough Country that’s 5/8” for $99 shipped. I’ll admit I kinda like the Tundra logo, but a little thicker and cheaper ain’t bad.

    Any experience with the RC?
