Probably does not matter much, not until the truck put to work hard. I personally wouldn't be offroading of pulling a trailer with no air flow through the grill.

Added an ARE CX Evolve with Windoors. I am mostly happy with it. A couple of gripes:
    1. The Windoors are keyed different than the rear. It is a totally different style key. I will be working with ARE and the dealer to see if this can be addressed.
    2. The seal on the bottom of the door does not fully seal across the tailgate. This may settle in as the seal compresses. Time will tell.
    3. I added a ⅛" shim under the cap to prevent contact with the box. I had this problem on my 2015 so I provided the shims to the dealer and told them exactly how to use them. Worked out great :)

Sprayed the bottom with Fluid Film in preparation for winter.

Hey man. I love all the lights. I wanted to ask what bumper and winch combo is that and what light bar is that on the bumper. TIA.

I was thinking on SDHQ as well, but decided on WARN bumper, because it is more tree-friendly (can crash trees w/o damaging the plastic) and it is very easy to install light bar and pods, which I'll be doing soon.

Personally can highly recommend WARN bumper and WARN EVO 12-S winch.

The bumper of course was kicked all the way from warehouse to my garage, it came chipped and scratched, so I had to put a few layers of cold galvanizing compound, paint it and spray in Raptor.

Much better. Still need to heat shrink the clamps and other stuff but content for now. Well for 10 minutes anyway.

Built a metal bending brake, then used it to make a power panel that will run off the second battery in the truck. Work in progress

Yea, it was a fun little project. All you need is some angle iron and a couple bolts

Nice. That will be nice to have. I’ve got to build one when I ever get around to it. Until then I’ll have to stick to the small pieces that will fit in my arbor press. Good job.

I'll probably do the full frame when the truck goes in for the roll cage and rear frame boxing/lacing. Currently only did the front area and rear frame area where the suspension is. Steelit is awesome stuff.
