I just hope the letters are the same size for the two different pro grille’s pre / post TSS. Would make it easier for you and faster to market

I put my Victory 4X4 dash mount in today. It was a pain running the usb wire down through and out. I had to drill and use a rat tail file at the bottom to make room to run the lines out. I didn’t feel comfortable splicing into the one port. I do like it. I also had to put tape around two of the bolts that go way back in to bolt the stereo in. My projects rarely go like the videos. :( Now I can mount stuff on the plate. GPS, phones, etc.8233350F-F97B-4D5C-B2AF-BEF5682BE5D9.jpgB165E0A8-547E-4D88-BF44-35ECC556091F.jpg

I picked up this 2016 a few weeks ago. For whatever reason, the previous owner had steel wheels with black hubcaps on it. It’s definitely a TRD OF package though. I checked the vin. I just picked up a set of OR wheels and put 275/70/18 duratracs on it today and installed them. Also just leveled the front with about 2.75 inch rough country level. Might have to add the 1 inch blocks in the rear. Just got the windows tinted and did a few other small things like LED lights inside and outside. For now, I think I’m done. Thankfully I work remote and don’t drive much, this gas mileage is horrible

Who on Earth grinds TIG stack of dimes??? ;)

Seriously, is it an aluminum bumper, with steel angle reinforcement bolted on?

Replaceable steel angle. Steel slides on things better than aluminum too.

At least, that's my take away from that pic.

I do too as long as it’s a pretty weld. A lot of my welds don’t turn out that nice so I keep plenty of grinding wheels around.

Id like some letter covers in red. I tried to hyperdip them last month. Did not turn out too good. Ended up just putting decals on them. I’d love to cover up the grey sides of the letters. I’ve got a stock 21 trd pro grill. You will get my money when you make these. Is the console box for console that have a safe? I’ve got the safe in mine and haven’t seen many options for those.

Thanks for link. I think I’m going to do like you and get some harnesses too. I used some add a fuses for hooking up triggers for my switch pro and I’ve noticed that they have caused my backup camera display to flicker and has static sometimes. Especially if the wires are laying too close to the other fuses and relays.

    Too many mods to come

Have you noticed any change in temps since those block the radiator?

Great question Rey as I was concerned too since you have to remove the airflow flaps directing air across the radiator to install the SDHQ dual LED bar bracket, and the LED bars themselves partially block the radiator. I am happy to report I saw barely any difference, as I monitor all my temps with Torque Pro. I have been really happy with the lighting set-up, and thrilled at the lack of condensation in the cheap-o Nilight Amazon bars (been running this set-up for a few years now).

Probably does not matter much, not until the truck put to work hard. I personally wouldn't be offroading of pulling a trailer with no air flow through the grill.

Added an ARE CX Evolve with Windoors. I am mostly happy with it. A couple of gripes:
    1. The Windoors are keyed different than the rear. It is a totally different style key. I will be working with ARE and the dealer to see if this can be addressed.
    2. The seal on the bottom of the door does not fully seal across the tailgate. This may settle in as the seal compresses. Time will tell.
    3. I added a ⅛" shim under the cap to prevent contact with the box. I had this problem on my 2015 so I provided the shims to the dealer and told them exactly how to use them. Worked out great :)

Sprayed the bottom with Fluid Film in preparation for winter.

I was thinking on SDHQ as well, but decided on WARN bumper, because it is more tree-friendly (can crash trees w/o damaging the plastic) and it is very easy to install light bar and pods, which I'll be doing soon.

Personally can highly recommend WARN bumper and WARN EVO 12-S winch.

The bumper of course was kicked all the way from warehouse to my garage, it came chipped and scratched, so I had to put a few layers of cold galvanizing compound, paint it and spray in Raptor.
