    No pain = GREAT!

    I still have pain from the surgery and when pushing my range of motion exercises, but all I take is Meloxicam (Rx anti-inflammatory) and Tylenol. I have not taken an Oxycodone in two days now.

    I don’t like the narcotics either. Those can destroy your butthole. That alone would make me want to never abuse those drugs.

    This really helps with recovery…ice/water recirc for swelling.

    While I'm not a Starbucks fan, I stopped in this morning for an Americano (the only thing I can drink there) and saw that all the workers were dressed as In-N-Out Burger employees. I pretended not to notice and kept a stern look on my face as I looked up at the menu like I was pondering what to order, and after a minute I said to the girl, "I'll have a #3 protein style, iced tea for the drink." Caught her and a few employees within ear-shot off-guard and got a few chuckles out of them.
