TRD Air Filters, Front door windows tinted to match the rears. Wheel locks, Talons Garage cat shield, Tyger Automotive soft tonneau cover, WeatherTech floor mats with Tuff Skinz Custom Emblem kit, Toyota OEM Emblem Black Out kit. AVS vent covers on all four doors, Red Tundra letters on front bumper & TRD highlighted in Red on front grille. Tailgate Tundra Letters in Black.

Depends. What are your expectations? It definitely modifies the throttle "curve".

If you are getting it for MPGs its marginal at best and you are not likely to get the "up to 20%" advertised for ECO mode.

I found all the other modes to be too harsh. Even at City -4 settings it felt and sounded like the transmission was slamming into gear. I'm supercharged so that may be a factor.

Exactly what I have heard from my friend who bought my 2017 Tundra. ECO mode is softer off the line but the Sport mode whips your head back like your mashing the gas pedal.
    Thanks for giving some input.

They changed the throttle response around 2014, so the 2.5 gens need them to get that feel back. It obviously doesn’t add HP or anything, just the response. Some say it’s the same feel as tow/haul. Not sure about the 22s.

Some of us have had them and have had issues......just make sure you buy from an approved vendor. I will not use them anymore because it caused issues in my truck. I will go with the Banks Pedal Monster in the future

    Too many mods to come
I don't have one as we did it did through my custom tune. But, I can say the throttle response is much better and more responsive I hate the delay in fly by wire throttle bodies.

Once you have one, it's hard to go back. Unless you get a supercharger. Poor man's supercharger.

Regular throttle is boring, t/h is too much.

I also bought and returned one. I couldn't imagine it did anything more than adjust the sensitivity of the pedal but people on here swear by it so I gave it a shot. It did exactly what I expected, changed the sensitivity of the pedal. I returned it because it didn't hold $300 of value to me, I'd rather spend that money elsewhere.

I bought a HikeIt X5 for cheap off ebay. Love it. Was really getting sick of the stock throttle mapping.

Next up, one of those doohickeys that automatically turns off the nannies...

I decided to save the $400+ Canadian and just push harder on the gas pedal.

4+Hi and Tow Haul, when I really want to have some fun.

Sequential also helps, if I want to pay attention and pretend I'm driving a stick shift.

Cheap throttle controllers are about half that.

The problem with the stock throttle mapping is that if you normally drive leisurely, the computer will make the pedal position to throttle opening relationship very non-linear. It feels like you have a weak engine for most of the pedal travel. If you ever really need to GO! you have to push it to the floor... and then the wheels spin and the nannies kick in and slow you down again.

I have BT pedal commander that I used for about a year, but removed after I SC'd. It definitely helps throttle response and I was happy with it. Now, it's just collecting dust. $150 + shipping to whoever wants it.

Just ordered one today, and I'm excited to try it out. The reviews and research are positive, I'm optimistic about this upgrade. I used a coupon code PUMPKIN40 and got $40 off, but the bastards got me on the $10 shipping.. still got it for round $270.
