    Dang. That’s quick, but you don’t want scar tissue building up.

    Knee is doing good. Start PT in a couple weeks. My wife has been surprised on how quickly I’ve recovered and back on my feet.

    Great news and an update from the PT. First, the PT regimen she put me on is more stretching to the point of pain rather than stretching through the pain. She said the surgery notes indicated I did have labrum tears but they were not significant. Just the bone spurs and the inflammation were the causes of my issues.

    Now I'm going to sleep off the pain meds I took before going. . .
