Oh yeah. I was actually helping my dad track down some old school mud tires for his fj40 a while back and he brought those up.

Best tires ever. We had some on our old FJ too. It was a ranch brush rig. Big ol mesquite thorns sticking out of the sidewalls and lugs without going flat. Never got stuck.

Did you do the cut yourself? I’m thinking this may be the final piece for me before I make the jump to 37s.

Am I cool now? Rubs like hell on the pinch weld but I still have the 2" Boras on there (-1 offset now lol) so that was to be expected. Swapping for a 1.25" set of Spidertrax with a forum member and once I'm doing that I'll do the pinch weld mod.

Anyone know of a good alignment guy/gal in Washington? The Les Schwab guys couldn't figure out how to adjust my SPC UCA to +4 caster so I still have a tiny bit of rub at full lock with an aggressive BMC.

All settled. Downsized to 1.25" spacers and chopped the pinch weld. I'll need to redo the BMC as it was done by a garbage shop before I had my own garage....so I'll pickup some new plates and some bumpstop spacers from Coastal Offroad and give myself another quarter inch in a few weeks (mild rub at full lock). Big fan of these Deliums so far.

It is a very expensive, very rare...ratchet strap. Lol. Had a bunch of tools in the bed in case I broke down so i got it up out of the way. I will be making my own though over the winter.

I’ll have to figure out what shape teeth a Komodo dragon has. :sawzall:

Old picture, but that’s where she got the name - @osidepunker teasing us about the short arms.

Around 20k miles in the last 9 months on this setup. Love it! Still rolling with the 4.30 axle gears, but I’d like to go 5.29 when I’ve got a spare $3000 laying around

Armordillo RP bumper. Can also find it under Tundra RT style bumper for a lower price on ebay. Ran it myself for a few months, it's pretty nice.

Anyone have a good article showing the proper way to adjust for more caster with an SPC UCA?

    Not sure at this point.
You adjust the caster on the control arms by turning the SPC logo a certain way.

    2D1061B4-05E0-452C-813A-D17F7BCD85C4.jpg

A setting would yield the most caster; but you’d still have to adjust your caster through LCA. Keep everything in spec and tell your alignment guy to give you more caster through the LCA.

I went with setting "D" on the SPCs. My local shop hit 4.7 degrees of caster only adjusting the LCAs.

Thanks guys. I was thinking alot of it had to do with setting maximum positive caster on lower cams as well. Anyone know what setting on the lower cams would be max positive caster? This is a great video of a guy adjusting on a 4runner but im not sure if this translates to a 2018 tundra.

here’s maximum caster on the LCA. You can see the bolts at the front and rear are at opposite locations in the cam in order to thrust the wheel forward and away from the firewall and body mount.

the front cam bolt should be toward the center of the truck, and the rear cam bolt should be toward the side of the truck.

This is really helpful. Thanks for sending those over Kevin. This should solve my slight rub at full lock on the bmc. I've been to 2 shops and neither of them have adjusted my LCA.

It looks like the rear cam bolt is where it needs to be. This may be a stupid question but do I need to loosen both the front and rear cam bolts if I only plan to adjust the front?
