Mine was done by a detailing shop, they have been recognized, multiple times, by System X as a premier shop. They have been doing it for many years. When my truck was there, it was surrounded by a lot full of high end cars. Top of the line Mercedes, Audi, Porsche. I am very pleased with the results, truck looks great. All the dealers in my area seem to use “auto armor”. Not a real high end product.

What im saying is if you buy system x they just call you that. They have no standard like many other companies.

OK so must be I was totally misled by this and bought crap product. I wish you could have advised me beforehand with your expertise in the field. Apparently mine doesn’t look as good or perform as I thought!!

Correct. Performance will fail in under a year( there is a test on YouTube now of a bunch of pro coatings systemx is showing fail signs at 2 months) , and the vast majority of people will not keep a coating looking good period because of improper washing.

Miracle of the internet !! You can find something to support whatever position you want to take. I am sure I could find similar info that says system x is the best out there. I am happy with mine,it is holding up well.

I used lexol cleaner and conditioner on my 2014 platinum seats several times a year. They looked good after 101k of my 200 lb butt in them.

We are several months into this thread being started. Can those of you with the rich cream interior update us on your experience with it? Does it show dirt, show wear/cracks/creases, etc.? Appreciate the help...I definitely want a 1794 so that I can get the TRD Offroad package and the TRD lift kit installed, and this rich cream looks way more palatable than the "orangey" saddle tan interior. Thanks guys!

I am 5 months into the ownership of mine. It does show dirt easier, but mine has cleaned right off with an interior detailer spray and microfiber cloth. I love my rich cream interior!

Had mine for 4 months so far. Got mine ceramic leather coated as soon as I got it. So far, pretty easy to clean with detail cleaner.

The saddle brown color got revised in the new generation, not orange at all & it looks great. I have it, and I use the truck pretty hard, just cleaning the cream seats was too much upkeep for me.

I have had light leather in other trucks. Just depends on how much you want to work to keep it up. If you live in warm climates sweat on leather is a fact of life even with ventilated sets. If you don't want to do routine cleaning they will look pretty dingy by time 100k rolls around
