Hey guys, I just got a 2022 Tundra Platinum and got a nice scratch on it today. Does anyone know of a place where I can get a new fender flare at a decent price?

It just happened about an hour ago so I haven't tried anything yet. You can see the scratch on the truck itself too so I'll have to take it to a body shop.

Going by the pic you provided it looks more like paint transfer use some lacquer thinner and a lot of that will wipe away if it is in fact more paint transfer then a scratch .. don't worry lacquer thinner will not remove or strip your paint despite what people think, I paint for a living and we see this all the time , hope this helps

Thanks but unfortunately it’s a scratch. May just end up taking it in to a body shop.

Definitely appeared to be white paint transfer in the picture.

I'm sorry it's not, or you would be back to perfect with a little elbow grease.

Your local Toyota dealer should be able to order the wheel arch trim for you, but don't be surprised if it takes them a while to get it to you. Sounds like they are having trouble getting Parts for the new trucks.

I would just throw the truck away and start over.

Kidding of course, sucks to get a new ride and get blemished so quickly. I hate / am relieved by the first dent/scratch usually. Gets me out of my new vehicle anxiety and reminds me it’s a tool, it’s gonna get some wear.

That's kinda what my thoughts have been. I have a 5 and a 9 year old and I've super strict about them getting close to my truck.

Oh yeah. This needed to be the first blood with kids of that age.

Ours is only 5 months, so I've got a little time before having a garage "helper"

My biggest current worry is drunk chicks at the lake... Yep, the worst damage in 10 years was from a grown ass woman pulling a wagon.

A friend of mine worked at a dealership several years ago. They had this old farmer come in and buy a new truck every couple of years that was his personal truck. They would take his old truck in on trade, take all the accessories off the old one, and transfer them to the new truck while he signed paperwork and wrote a check. Before he drove off the lot, he’d pull a hammer or screwdriver or wrench out of the toolbox, walk around the truck, and find a nice little spot to leave a ding or scratch and - THWAP! - there a ding. His logic: now I don’t have to worry abt some other idiot scratching or putting a ding in my truck before I do…

My wife was nice enough to get sideswiped in mine a month or so after I got it to save me the headache. Thanks babe!
