    Lots of shenanigans.
If you haven’t done it already, I swap all of the screws with 3.5”-4” screws. Same concept but the door default screws are like half an inch or something

Forward looking camera, Stub Antenna, 3M clearshield. A few other non lifted items.
I added a birch tree to the front lawn. Also, a view of the landscaping effort going on around the house. The goal was to extend the patio out back and make things more level, and some stirs for access. My wife and I are trying to avoid having any falls for us and others visiting. Better to pay the landscaping vs the medical profession imo. 578B2BF3-2905-4859-B910-93105110106B.jpg536C172A-5CBA-49BA-9D7D-04FB112A763D.jpg

Nothing but destruction this weekend.. ripped out 60 feet of concrete curb in my backyard to widen the driveway back there ( 15 tons of crushed asphalt are supposed to be delivered Thursday).

Then started demo on a spare bathroom , it will be going down to bare studs as it has a good amount of water damage the last owner had covered up.They even acknowledged the damage by putting in 2x4's but couldn't even fix it right.

Holey moley man. Do you need to replace studs and adjacent room drywall?

It's a bad situation, its a exterior wall. 3 studs at a minimum will be replaced, there's 4 that have minimal damage but appear solid so they will just be sistered up. Will dig in deeper in the next day.

Finally got a new sink & countertop for the outdoor kitchen.

The plumbing is just temporary for now. I need to hard pipe the drainage. I have hot and cold water running out there but right now it's just the cold water hooked up. So I gotta find a faucet that'll connect both.

Only 16 sheets of 12ft 5/8” and 28 sheets of 12ft 1/2” but hauling it around to the back of the house and down into the basement sucked.

Got a new washer and dryer so of course that meant I was lucky enough to revamp the laundry room for a second time while everything was moved out :frusty: First time was just a cabinet/wallpaper and a table top. This time around decided to tile a backsplash and change out the flooring tile. Luckily the subfloor was in good shape. First time doing tile work and I think it came out pretty nice. I will not be working on this room again lol famous last words right

Had my driveway redone as well as side parking added. Can’t wait to snowblow a smooth driveway!
Went with asphalt since it’s cheaper, less susceptible to ice melt and melts snow easier when the suns out.

Well, I don’t love it but having a smooth driveway and not having the blower set so high up that I end of having to shovel after blowing makes me excited

I needed to get some money off my PayPal account before I closed it, so today was tool day.

My drill has had a very hard life and it still is ticking. No plans for it until it dies. Purchased this drill around 2011 before our total home remodel and three fence reconstructions. Darn batteries still work well.

Starting to get a collection of these Ridgid tools.

The 1/2” impact gun has been the most impressive tool with the amount of tires I maintain.

I took the Skidsteer out to my new site for the four townhomes I’m building. Did some rough grads around the site to help keep my site clean and less muddy when it rains.

I should have all four slabs pour this week. I’ll start the framing on them 3-4 weeks after I pour the slabs. 089A1EC3-E80E-49B9-B013-BB97AEE61A9F.jpg

    Something like that.

I have no issues with my banking system, but I would be moving to GloriFI if I did.

Nothing that I see on their website. Just the typical 3% if you send money using a credit card other than Venmo’s credit card
