I’ll be interested in the inner liner results. A bunch of us with glass have tried various solutions but ultimately the issue is clearing the core support and inner fender, so the liner doesn’t get pinched and accordioned between the tire and the inner fender.
If you still rub at full bump on the underside of the battery tray and air box fender spots, any liner you put in there will get squished and sucked out.
Unless you do a partial liner that connects from the outer fender lip to the inner fender on the vertical face, maybe right where it transitions, rather than on the underside of the inner fender.

I anticipate it'll rub. Just knowing the lack of real estate for us available. TAV did a liner on my old mans rig and he does't rub on his liner but I'm positive they just added more bump stop to have not rub all over. We shall see it all pans out but I'll keep you posted. SSbuilt moves all that stuff up and cuts out the corner where the fender turns and fabs up some new structural areas but I didn't see any liners on those either.

I'll see if the old man can send me pics of his liner setup.

    Build Update 10/8/22

Last bit of items trickling as the Baja trip fast approaches in January. Installed the switch pros 9100 with SDHQ mount. In route are the baja s2’s for the evil manufacturing third brake light/chase lights. Most likely order the mazulla bumper here in the coming weeks. Also removed the fire hood blanket it’s amazing how much heat those retain in the engine bay.

Thanks! Are you referring to the rubber inserts in the cup holder? I got them from Amazon and they have inserts for all the cavities.

    Build Update 11/11/22

Finally was able to install the Evil Mfg third brake lights with some Baja Designs S2's. Also added a fluid/spare parts pelican case to the bed. Now I'm going to be accumulating a few spare parts before our baja run in Jan. Decided to meet pops in NV to run the Mojave Trail next month. Should be a good multi day shake down for both of us since he's also done some updated on his rig. I'm already planning for some build revisions for next year but super happy with how the builds come together in less than a year of ownership.

    Build update 12/4/22

Mazulla bumper arrived and got that installed added parking sensor provisions. Also cut the rear fiberglass to clear during articulation. Hitting the Mojave trail in a week for a shake down. Then Baja next month. Trips coming quick!

I’ll be sure to share pics of the old man’s rig and mine in action.

Quick liner update so far they’re mia so shooting for a refund then I’ll just make the custom canister style piece.

Sometime after Baja but I’m in no rush since now I’m considering moving to the lsk kit etc. Paint isn’t too high on the priority if I can move to other mods like the lsk/whipple/roll cage/engine cage/rear frame reinforcements lol

    Build Update 2/6/23

Well after coming down from my Baja trip high it’s time to plan and address the next phase of this project. I’ll also add some pics from the run in this thread. I’ve already signed up again for run in Jan 24. The truck performed flawlessly even for being untuned and not using full travel.

    Immediate things to address
AFE canister intake and custom routing
    Electrical draw killing my battery
    Fluids change- trans,diffs,t-case, etc
More forward lighting- LP9s or Light bars behind the grill.
    Rear shock tuning
Supercharger coupler change/ move to whipple or or new maggy
    Install new LED headlights
    Solid offroad motor mounts
    Poly steering rack bushings
    Secondary intake relocation

    Build out for next round
Full clearancing front and rear wheel wells
    Engine cage/shock tower bracing
    Lsk Race kit
New front shocks to match new kit
    Rear frame trussing and boxing
Either keep spring under or move to custom 4link
    Paint the glass lol
Redo rear shock cage tie into the frame etc
Dual AGM batteries in the bed or in custom storage between frame rails.
Race seats to switch in and out when it’s go time.

See if SS built has got something to mount some LP9s where the valence is.

I don’t want it on a push bar lol. Hence the sleeper look behind the grill. Not sure yet on what’s drawing on the battery. Started the trouble shooting process hopefully figure it out this week.
