Dash cam mounts

I'm going to be taking a road trip and I have had a hard time finding a bean bag style mount where it is weighted and can sit on the dashboard for a GoPro. GoPro doesn't make one, they just have the suction cup to the inside of the windshield type which unfortunately I don't want, the state I will be travelling in has it where it is illegal to mount anything to the windshield. I have looked on Amazon without much luck. Any suggestions?

So if I am reading those correctly, you use the suction cup it comes with but it suctions not to the windshield but to the weighted bean bag mount that rests on the dash.
