2020 trd pro magnuson shift problems

    Hey guys I need some advice. I have a 20’ trd pro. I have 35” ridge grapplers and a magnuson s/c. The truck seems to shift funny. It will downshift irregularly. Especially noticeable from 2nd to 1st, when on moderate throttle. The 20’ uses HP Tuners for the Maggie tune. I’m not sure If speed is calibrated through this tune. Thinking this may be part of issue and or maybe having stock gears. I have been driving this way for about 5k miles. Any advice would be great!

    Can also hit up Overland Tailor Tunes. They can adjust shift patterns that I don't think Magnusun addresses with initial HPTuners tune

    You're going to need a custom tune. That will clear it right up.

    Last I checked HP Tuners did not have transmission tuning for 19+. Might be good to check with HP directly and verify if/when transmission tuning support is available. Gears won’t help if there isn’t the ability to adjust for them.
