We just got some havarti and sourdough from Costco for grilled cheese season.

@alb1k makes a mean breakfast grilled cheese on sourdough with yellow and white cheese

 

I’m a grilled ham & cheese kind of guy. American cheese and Provolone on Pepperidge Farm Hearty White bread is my go to.

 

Just put a pizza in the oven; homegrown tomatoes and basil. Made the sauce with herbs we grow and the blushing bride made the dough. Smells pretty good in here, lol

A swiss
and a Colby, provolone, havarti or something mild. Always on sourdough.

 

I wouldn’t call myself a SD fan, but I actually liked those a lot

 

You can use some artisan bread as long as it has good structure.

 

The crust was the best part!
