You will love those lights. I also did the Dome. Worth every penny.
My interior is grey and they matched quite well. If I have them all White it is too much and blinds. I tend to leave them Red except for one side in the back. Then if I need more light it is there with a quick press of a button.

I love it. I really wanted one for my tacoma, but never did it. its scary drilling into your roof, but its worth it AND it still fits in my garage if needed. I have about 2 more inches of clearance.

I drove it for the first time in almost three weeks! I was concerned about the battery drain that others have had when their truck sat idle for a couple of weeks, but she cranked right up and drove just fine.

    Working on it.
So, are there any of the inductive chargers that actually work for all phones? I have been reading that they don't work with the newer iphones. I would like to add one to my 21, but don't want to install something that isnt going to work.

I appreciate the additional pics. That dome doesn’t look like it matches the buttons very well. I guess I don’t stare at it so maybe I wouldn’t notice it that much.

Wheel bearings common points of failure on Tundras or was this an upgrade? I know my Silverado seems burn through them.

Haven’t heard of them being a common thing but my left hub was going bad right at 100k. I off road my truck quite a bit so it made sense. Figured I’d swap both and call it good. I went OEM bearings which are KOYOs, there’s a store on eBay that sells them pressed into the assembly so you can bolt on the whole thing. Easier for DIY guys

Did you go with OEM hub's as well? My passenger side is going bad. Wondering if it's worth just changing the bearing or both hub and bearing.

I purchased this kit here that I found on the forum: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1644094840...Skn6pZwRRm&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

if you’re planning on doing it yourself, I’d just get the whole assembly. I did some damage to both of my old hubs when trying to get them off the axle. That’s really the only tough part.

Edit: wow just noticed out of stock.. I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago.

Thank you! I've been waiting for them to come back in stock - probably just going to do both at the same time too.

I'm not trying to say one way or the other but I would be very careful purchasing bearings off of ebay. There are a TON of fake koyo bearings being passed around.
I replaced mine with units from Blue Pit Bearings and last I talked to Andy he was one of the only importers of koyo bearings direct from Japan.

I've also had him warranty a bearing for me with little hassle and they even autopsied the old one. I was a silverado guy and these trucks eat them more from my experience - but my tundra is on 37's so it's not apples/apples.

while I normally wouldn’t, there were some guys on here that had quite the life span out of there. I guess I’ll find out, I would’ve went with any other options had I had found it. Went with what I could find online at the time.

I definitely appreciate it and if someone else gets saved from that info, all for it. Now I’m hoping mine are legit and the other forum members were right.

I'm sure they're fine regardless - I was honestly angry and nervous when my driver cv axle went and noticed both of my bearings were on the way out - I decided I was going to put the best oem parts on the truck I could find and do everything at once.

In the same breath you can replace them twice for the price of Blue Pit oems so there's that.

*I also had 275k miles on a gmc yukon on 35's years ago and only used autozone parts, including bearings and cv axles *shrug
