Got my set of Nokian Rockproofs mounted today. 275/70R18. I really like the way they look. Wonder how they will hold up seeing they are pretty new to market. Stay tuned...

Pictures are pretty rough due to weather and not cleaning the rig.

Yeah some but not bad. They are MT so I was expecting it. I don't drive enough to have the noise bother me more than the look haha.

Good looking truck, I take it the suspension is stock? I like the way it looks with those tires.

I absolutely LOVED my Nokian R2 Kokapelli snow tires. I could take hairpin turns around snow packed roads at 60 MPH. I drive on snow packed roads a good portion of the winter and i've never had better winter tires.

They look great. Are you having any rubbing? I have a bone stock TRD suspension and I want to go to a 275/70R18.

None so far. I was surprised how much difference just going from 65 to 70 makes.

Thanks for the reply. Interestingly, Nokian just announced a major investment in East TN to manufacture tires in North America.

So far so good but I want to give it a month and see. Here is a better picture of the tread. Like most Nokians it is stud ready.

Update. Road noise is tolerable for being aggressive. Don't mind it at all. May have a slight tire pull though as it wants to drift to the right a little now. Hopefully a tire rotation will help later on. Nothing unmanageable but really makes my OCD flare.
