Ebay has all same pieces for a third of price compared to Yota garage. I'm wandering if they are the same and just rebranded to be more expensive.

Oh yeah, I forgot to add that. I drilled a hole for the switch to make it look OEM and ran 12V from battery to undercarriage for power. I’ll take a pic of tomorrow. But here is a night shot.

 

Here’s the pic of where I place the push button switch for the light. I had to removed the tail lights and drilled the hole. Also there is a small hole on top to where I inserted the cable for the lights. I had to cut and resoldered the wires though to run it through. Like I said, I ran a wire (inside a wire loom tube) from the battery to the tail gate.

 

Fixed my wireless charging issue. haha.

That reveres hood bulge drives me nuts LOL. I feel like I am sitting square looking ahead, but like I need to sit at more of an angle to my right.

 

So the glare off the hood was getting out of control. Got the hood wrapped. Now I have to worry about something Messing up that powdery Matte finish lol.

 

Does it make a big difference? What did that run you?

 

I haven't been out on long trips but all night time reflections are gone. Daytime driving was not bad so far.

The color match is near perfect and it cost me 450 installed.
Also had the headlights covered with PPF

seriouly considering getting the STEK Dynoflex windshield film... but it will really be an experiment since people have mixed opinions about it.

Forgot to ask... Any noticable power difference with the intakes? The turbos sound a little clearer or is that just my imagination?

 

Man googled that stuff and it sounds like it sucks, everyone has issues with it. Too bad, the company also took it off the market

 

I came down with something the day after installing them and haven't been able to drive it without being on serious meds. Can't tell you if there's a noticeable power difference yet. There's definitely more turbo noise though.

 

Did you ever get around to wrapping your mustache?

Assume no codes or errors showing? Always wondered on these newer vehicles if any little changes can cause them. I do have a Carista so if any can hopefully clear them.

 

Yeah, it's been one bug after another. The BMS kit will likely be open filters, no box.

 

No codes. The last downshift coming to a stop has firmed up a bit. The same thing happened when I had both BMS BOVs installed. Seems like the tuning is very sensitive to air flow readings. Its an acceptable little jerk though...not jarring or anything....just a solid little push
