Too much camber gain for street use. But you can make those arms and axles as long as you want. Like control arms effectively 3 ft long.

 

my Mercedes has a di dion suspension in the rear.. similar

 

I passed on an early alfa romeo i really wanted because of the dedion. Early kawasaki mules had it, too.

 

I've also had to pass on some badass swing axle dune buggies, because i want a street buggy.

My xr250 in highschool had a horn button on the foot brake to trigger the brake light, and bicycle mirrors. When they 'stopped' me while i was parked, i wouldnt run, but i wouldnt ride. When i was riding, i ran, knew the roads, the trails, the neighborhoods. Got the plate from the pearland flea market for a dollar, but they knew where i lived, so i'd tuck into friends houses. Never legal from '02-'08

 

Yes you're thinking of what they call a street takeover. 200 idiots block traffic and raise hell on ATV's, dirt bikes etc.

Here in MA you can register your street legal ATV/dirt bike in a state that recognizes it like MT and drive it on MA roads with MT plates.

I was thinking about doing that with a golf cart. Apparently, you can register them for street use in NC.

 

Took advantage of my 5 minute commute to the reservoir this evening and picked up a couple smallies while watching the arriving waterfowl come in my the thousands. My only company was a deer browsing in the park. Gods country is right, so nice to have left Portland behind.

For whatever reason, this year has been weird down here. I don't think I've caught anything over 1-3lb range this year like this guy and his friend. It's almost like anything more than a couple years old is either hanging deep or just disappeared. Nothing will hit plastics, spinner/buzz, anything topwater, only crankbaits. I probably spent the first month of spring/summer getting skunked working Culprits at shoreline, which'll usually pull something bedding if nothing else. Zilch.

 

Ive heard this years been off at our reservoir too but with the move ive barely fished. Trying to change that 30 min at a time now though. The Cats moved into the arm good, lots of good channels and some flatheads. Perch has been good as well. Usually this place is a crappie machine but this year theyve been few and far between but lots of large fish with plenty to 16"+

Heres a nice flathead one of the locals got last week. I went down there last night to throw a topwater but grabbed wrong box. The Senko was really about hoping to run into a cat for the fryer but the smallies will suffice. Good way to break in the new Daiwa Steez reel i was sitting on all season.
