    I have a 2020 Tundra - great shape with exception of a few dings above the right back brake light - Does anyone know of any exterior accessories that extend down from the bed cap that can help protect or prevent dings in this area close to the bed?

    No, it's custom. You'd have steel tubing protecting the body that is either welded to the frame, bumpers, or sliders. Here's an example:

    Paintless dent repair for now, then maybe a Rago CB antenna mount modified a little bit for each side. Kinda silly, but it has potential and not terrible. Some folks put pod lights on them.

    The best solution would be to stop denting your truck. Seriously. What are you doing that is resulting in dents like that?
