Hey guys…I’d like to see a few of your tundras with spacers on your Factory TRD wheels. I’m running 295/70/18 and am thinking about adding an 1.5” spacer to get them out a bit more. Thanks In Advance! FD81F4EA-8450-4B41-9E40-EEF0676F2C0A.jpg

I think a 1.5 will bring it out too much. It looks like you are right outside of the fenders now. I wouldn't bring it out 1.5 without flares....protect the paint.

Thanks for the reply Tundra 234...I'm definitely almost flush with the fenders and I think that is what is keeping me from adding the spacers at this point. I was just curious how bad it would chip the paint or affect the handling if any.

Sweet looking truck btw. I put the 1.5” on my 2020 TRD sequoia BBS wheels and felt they stuck out to much so i removed them. I also felt like I had a more noticeable wheel bounce going over bumps. I would go with the 1.25” instead. I will give you a good deal on the 1.5” if you go that route. The stud for the lug nuts were almost to short as well so keep that in mind. You only get 3/4 of the bolt threads. Use red loctite as well and check them after 100 miles.

I've run 1.25" and currently running 1 inch BORA spacers. More than 1" spacers and be prepared for crap to be thrown on the side of your truck. I also run TRD Pro BBS wheels with 295/70 R18 tires. Personally, I wouldn't run 1.5" spacers as the 1" put the tires flush with the fenders. The studs protrude through the rear spacers about 1/8", but the wheel "pockets" will easily accommodate this amount:Bora Wheel Spacer 1.jpg Tundra4.jpg Tundra 120621.jpg

Thanks for all the replies...BadKnees, Love your Tundra! That's the setup I'm after. I agree with the 1" Bora spacers, it looks awesome. Also, are those TRD Pro LED Headlights hard to wire up since our year models do not have the Daytime Running lights?

Happy I can help and Thanks for the compliments. I spent a lot of time looking at other member's Tundras until I finally arrived at what I wanted to do with my 2016 1794. The headlights are TRD Pro LEDs and easy plug and play connection with perfect cabling from @iHacker.
