    Also, i thought that these were smog safe....or just flash it back to stock and drive it 50miles before test.

    Yeah, i remember reaching out to keith about getting one and i think he couldn't ship to CA (even though he's in CA).....but that hasn't stopped anyone. Wonder if OP got busted or something.
