Dang. Got into work 90 minutes ago. The air was cold, crisp and clean. Now it feels like I'm sitting next to a campfire and I’m starting to lose visibility…good times

Yep. The heat is bothersome, but the bugs are the real problem.

Correct. Hits 81 and I just :bananadead:.

A little warmer for kayaking and some swimming is needed. I am ok in warmer temps so long as it's not in the beating sun.

That's very courteous of you. :hattip:

Ok, I'm gonna let you in on a little secret my chiropractor gave me....

    https://www.scriphessco.com/product...lm3l24XbEg8_R0KKLMJPu4qoEGsLRXbRoC3DoQAvD_BwE

It's called Dr. Bob's Portable Neck Traction Unit (Cervical Air Collar). Do not judge this device/advice by the photo on the website (and for the love of God, please order this from a PT supply store and not Amazon)!!!!

So, having dogs slam into you at 25mph+ for a couple of decades, lifting heavy since about 17 and a lot of heavy gear at work will take a toll on your body of the years. Needless to say, I had a very intimate relationship w/my chiropractor. He keep my surgery free and off pain med for the duration (except for the occasional Tylenol, etc..)

Anyhow, if you are someone who finds that you occasionally or frequently end up w/a stiff neck or a neck that feels (out of alignment), you know how it starts to get to that point where you can't self-adjust anymore. It seems like if you try to manipulate or stretch it, you just make it worse, resulting in headaches, sleeplessness, etc.... So, for me it's always, off the Chiropractor.

A bit into our relationship, my Chiro shared info on a device that was truly a game changer for me. He said to use the Dr. Bobs device when my neck gets sideways for a few minutes a few times a day and usually within 24-48 hours the neck will sort itself out because you are applying a light amount of traction pressure to the neck and taking the pressure off the C-spine and allowing it to re-align itself.

That device reduced my trips to the Chiro in about half and allowed me to have comfort even when we were on long trips away from home, when I would historically have to deal w/neck discomfort and headaches a couple of weeks into the trip.

If you end up grabbing one, hit me up for more specific directions. Definitely pay attention to the measurement specs for order as that will make a difference.

I just checked local weather (cuz family is coming into town), and we're hitting a sunny 68-69 this weekend.... I thought the same shit to myself. I hope this is the last hot weekend of the year

Ok, time to get back to power washing; on to the front porch now. Then it's off to purchase a replacement low-beam for the '08. That's right... It'll be a huge mod for the '08 this evening; I should add that to its 'build' list. Right next to 'rubber floor mats' ...sorry I can't help it that shit drives me nuts!!

I'm not even sure Dr. Bob is a real Dr.... :notsure:

I don't have the patience (hahahahaha that's a double) to click on the 'about' tabs, etc.. I just found it, read how to measure for size, selected the correct size and ordered!!!!

Hell between this forum and keeping up w/all my usual porn, I'm kinda tapped out for computer time. :smash:

So, legit question here; why isn't there a link to TW at the bottom, but there is for 4Runners and Jeeps?
