If it only takes 2 minutes…what’s 1/30th of a $450 hourly rate? :monocle:

    $15.

    Minimum wage?

    And we’re back on track!

It could have happened a few times already. You all have been civil and are having some good debates.

yes, but limit one coupon per service provided. can't have 2 or more coupons for "option 18C". but you can have more than one coupon per session

The way I see it, the more money a person has, the more expensive their problems are.

Its not like you control the hiring salary right? Bad thing this will only put more pressure on you and the rest of the team.

Ya they are taking it they always bend over from the sounds of it. I’m with you job is decent but the company is horrible. That includes management and 90% of the employees on my side.

If people aren't accepting your job offers, it's not paying enough. People will put up with damn near anything for the right salary. I've turned down many many job offers this year, some paying crazy amounts of money, but I'm probably gonna try to find a local job, or start my own business since I'm tired of working out of town so much. Or try my hand at selling tools and machinery per @ColoradoTJ

But for $21/hr I'll drink beer with you. And for $450/hr I might even do some welding
