How does Toyota get an additional 1.1" front lift on the TRD Pro? I'm sure it's not a spacer, do they use a longer strut assembly?

As stated, it’s a completely different coilover assembly with a much improved 2.5” diameter shock body and different coils. They are probably not as good as Fox’s standard 2.5” coilover because there’s no adjustability or re-buildability, but they’re better than the stock coilovers on the other trims.

The TRD Pro uses Fox, do you mean the commercial Fox coilovers? I don't think they have been released for the 2022 Tundra yet but they have threaded bodies and you adjust the spring seat on the threads for your desired amount of lift, I think they typically range from 0" to 3.5" of lift. You'd just adjust it to 1" or whatever height you wanted. The Fox coilovers on the TRD Pro do not have this adjustability.

Nice to be able to adjust the amount of lift, I looked on their site and didn't see any for a 22 Tundra but I saw the ones for the Tacoma are $1800...

You might see them down around $1500 from various distributors once product gets released. I think I heard that Fox is still a ways out from releasing kits for the 2022 Tundra. The usual suspension suspects are all slowly rolling out their lifts for the new Tundra. I think Icon and King already have theirs out, but there's a considerable lead time (I think 3 months or longer) if you order those.

I just need an extra couple inches all around. I want to keep my rake as I will be adding bed rack, RTT, accessories and camping gear. Leveling kits aren’t going to do me any good as the truck will squat.

I like the feel of the factory Fox shocks and didn’t want to go with a set of Kings this go around. Definitely no Icons.

Kinda sucks the TRD OR peeps get a 3” lift but they the guys that paid $73k for their truck don’t get anything. LoL

Call Westcott. They may be able to hook you up with 1.5" pucks for the rear. In the front you can use their lift without the top shim and get around 1.5" there. It wont be a full 2" all around but its pretty close.
