Remote Start

Is there a remote start kit for the ‘push-to-start’ tundras out there to get around the engine shut off feature when you open the door?

 

Following as I find this to be the most annoying feature ever installed on vehicle. Just garbage

 

Nope, not yet anyway, even the after market ones like 12volt solutions do it on the push to start models.

 

start-x, i have it on my 2016. no more shut off when i open my door.

Mine sure doesn't. My wife's Beetle has that shit, and I hate it with every fiber of my soul.

But at least hers doesn't decide when to kill the engine. I never heard of such an abomination.
