Have 20 tundra. 1.9 6112’s and 1.5 icon pack in back with airbags. I have a slide in camper. Bags do well. Maybe slow the body roll some. Is the rear sway bar helpful or Restricting while Off-roading. I’m not going roackncrawling. Lots of post, but not much about a camper in the bed. Just towing. Thanks you all love the input.

Sway bar will stiffen up the body roll, but it restricts articulation. "Off-roading" is to generic and widely used to let us know how it will impact you, because everyone has their own definition. You say you don't rock crawl, so what is type of off-roading do you do? Just forest service/fire roads? 2 tracks and trails with some off camber sections? Do you ever get to a point where one of your rear wheels is drooping a lot and the other is stuffed way up in the fender?

You can't do this -> https://www.tundras.com/threads/wha...5-gen-tundra-today.713/page-2535#post-2907038 with a sway bar. Notice, he's not rock crawling.

ya more dirt and 2 track roads with minimal articulation. Lots off road and mountain highway pass driving. Just did it know if would help at 50mph on curvy roads

It will definitely help on curvy roads, but you will lose some articulation. If it's really just mile articulation you'd likely be fine.

I like my rig better with the sway-bar by far.

Kenwood dmx1037s. Hertz K170 door speakers/ tweeters, Infinity Reference 7005A 5 channel amp, 2 JBL WS1000 10 inch subs. DDI Seat Jackers. RCI engine Skid and Vahalla's Shields (front and rear) 1/4 aluminum. Stillen intake. LED Pro Headlights with iHacker harness. Cartrimhome auto up and down window switches. Coupe's aluminum battery tie down. Color matched mirror caps. Color matched door handles. Chalk bag cup holder. NFab podium step bars, herculined. Powerstop z36 drilled slotted brake discs w/ceramic pads.
You can always undo one side of the sway bar and zip tie it up to the frame when you get to the trail. I drive logging roads and I leave it connected. Big improvement on road, helps with on ramps and trailer sway.

If you decide to add the rear, I would suggest not bother with adding the front trd bar

I would like to hear more about this. I’ve never run a rear and am about to ditch my front for more articulation.

I’m the truck on the right with no flex. @FrenchToasty ’s sexy rig on the left.

My rig is 9000#s, verified on CAT scale, and there is a considerable amount of that higher in the bed/camper. I run the regular front sway and TRD rear sway. The on road pay off is worth way more the the little articulation I loose. I am also on the east coast so the vast majority of my driving is getting to places that can get dirty.

A few flex pics from Monday. These are with both sway bars at the same time.
