How did that Ranch Hand help out on that front end damage? Did it help, or was the damage further back towards the driver door?

 

The Ranch Hand pretty much saved my hood and kept most damage external. The pole I ran into hit the drivers side of the guard light bracket/pipe frame thingy which absorbed the hit. It did flex enough to dent my fender but truly saved me from a lot more damage. If I would of hit the pole dead on I'd probably only have messed up only my off road lights and some scratches. 1 more foot to the right or left and things would have been a lot better. The mass of the Tundra hitting a big ass pole...even at maybe less than 5 miles per hour..pole vs tubing...big ass immovable pole wins every time.

I like big barbs.......I've seen a Cave Creek version using what looked like a Ranch Hand converted to barb wire. Wild.
