I just recently got my 2022 Tundra and when I picked it up from the dealer, the add-on for the KARR Security system was not available and had to be installed at my parking lot today, a month after delivery.

The tech from SWDS came out and installed the KARR security system, and it worked fine but now my rear back up camera stopped working, full black screen.

He opened everything back up and checked all connections and fuses and camera is still blacked out. So now I have to take truck to dealership for a fuk up they made. Truck was perfectly fine this morning.

Has anybody gone through something like this or has an idea how to fix?

Just spit balling here, but did you get the back up camera recall done? If not, maybe that's the culprit. If you did, I got nothing!

Before I got the truck, its was QC held at rail for the recall and it was cleared, so I assume the software was updated but now I have my doubts.

Update: The truck has been at the dealership for a week now. They ordered a new rear camera and installed, didn't fix. Now they are saying its the ECU that possibly went bad during the installation. So now I have to wait for a ECU that's back ordered. I said I want to drive my truck while we wait because it can be weeks till that shows up, and I'm not going to make payment on a truck that's just sitting at a dealership. Plus I need a truck for work purposes, and a Hyundai accent rental is not cutting it. :annoyed:
