8” BAMuffler, TRD airflow accelerator, front window tint/windshield sun stripe, debadged tailgate 4x4 emblem, trimmed mud flaps, antenna removed stainless screw added, TRD rear sway bar, AFE high flow air filter.
Started watching Ludik on Netflix this weekend. The main character drives a new land cruiser, looks really nice, looks like it has the same steering wheel and center screen from the new Tundra. Cool show, action with some guns & boobies.

Toyota made a big mistake ceasing sales of the Land Cruiser in the North American market. Not that I could afford one anyway, but I’d always hoped someday.

They made a big mistake letting the level of luxury in the LC climb over the years. Need to go back to the roots for that nameplate, IMO.

the last time they sold more than 4000 in a year in the US was 2005. it's a bummer we don't get the new ones, but i don't think it's a "big mistake" on their part.

I agree. The big mistake was allowing the luxury level to creep up so high. That is why it sells so poorly here and why they had to cancel it.

An entry level Land Cruiser would be nice, but wouldn't it be much like the 4-Runner?

Or, heck, bleed into the Sequoia territory.

Yea I guess you’re right, it was the luxury of it all that made it so expensive.

2nd gen Sequoias were all independent suspension so no. The new sequoias are definitely taking over the LC niche that existed tho.
