I have a '21 tundra 4wd with Bilstein 5100 front level. I have 18x9 with 15 offset wheels. I'm going to get cooper at3 xlt tires but need to know largest size I can get without rubbing and making zero cuts. Thanks

With Tundras, each truck is a little different. You won't get a perfect answer for this. That is a lot of offset to have and not want any rub/cutting. Have you removed your mud flaps and the little airdam/splash guard under your front bumper? If not, You might have to stay stock size or smaller, and even then you might get rub.

You have to pay to play, and changing offsets that much usually means you have to trim/move stuff around, especially if you want bigger tires. Manage your expectations.

    No rubs and zero cuts?

I’d guess you’re stuck with stock 275/65R18 with that +15mm offset. Good chance you’ll make a 275/70R18 work, but you may need to remove the little front flaps and massage the main flaps behind the front tires.

For reference, I had to cut my main flaps, remove little front flaps, and fold the wings on my skid plate to make my 275/65R20 fit without any rub. My wheels are 20x9 with +30mm offset. I’ve got more kit than you have with my 2.5” ADS coilovers. I’m sitting at 3” over stock height.

Removing the little flaps and some minor trimming on the main flaps is easy. If you want to go back to 100% stock, slap the little flaps back on and get a new set of main flaps. They should be cheap…. Folding the wings on the skid plate is easy in inconspicuous. You need to know what you’re looking for to detect the mod if you take 5 minutes to do it nice.

You’ll have more luck with larger tires if you stay with OEM wheels or find something with more offset than you’re asking about! Good luck.

My 275/70-18 on +15 offset rim and 2/1 lift, still rub a little on reverse…BFG KO2, I removed the front flaps and it rub on the rear mud flaps.may have to go aftermarket mud flaps to clear the rub

Just put 295/70/18 on 18x9 +15 today and they rubbed the front wheel well liner. I just removed it. IMG_7518.HEIC.jpgIMG_7516.HEIC.jpg68383153427__6F01F4A5-06CF-46D5-932B-7BF2D981FA35.HEIC.jpg

A lot of folks run this tire and make the necessary space by heating and massaging the lower fender liner. Would be nice to keep the road grime out of that space, especially if you have fog lights. No sense in caking the backs of them with poo.
Got a heat gun? Get that plastic hot and push it forward with a gloved hand or small block or wood…

Thank you I appreciate that , actually after I pulled them off today I thought about putting some of the bumper spacer on and that will draw it out some and then I can hit it with the heat gun. I was thinking I would like to fill that void as well to keep the grim down.

@ErikTRDTUNDRA had some bumper shims for sale a while ago. Might hit him up to see if he’s still got ‘em.
