    Too many, but not enough....
    damn, i just looked at the toyota software update website and the update for the bluetooth was released late 2021, which means this was the revision i updated to in June that didnt seem to help. Maybe it didnt install correctly, Ill try it again.

    Appears that this didn't fully resolve my issue. Now, if the person on the other end of the call ends it first...no problem. If I end the call first, the HU still things it's connected and I have to cycle the bluetooth on the phone again.

    F Bomb dropped...

    Replace the stock HU. I know it probably isn't the answer you want but that would fix the problem...this did happen to me in my 2016 a couple times maybe more. I would have to nix BT on my phone momentarily and shut off the radio then turn back on.

    As much as I love the ol sledgehammer approach, it doesn't bother me enough to go that far lol

    There was an update about a week ago for my android and it seems to have fixed the problem. I haven't been having issues the last few days. Can someone confirm it's the same for them?
