    Yeah there is no shortage of quality seafood shops out here in Seattle, but damn the price per pound on a lot of fresh fish is out of hand right now.
    Costco always has good deals on salmon. And we haven’t been let down yet. even my 5 year old likes it!

    My wife blessed me with a beautiful piece of halibut today. I had to make one of my favorite childhood meals. We simply call it cheesy halibut.
    seasoned with salt pepper and lemon juice
    Topped with uncle dans souther ranch dip and fresh chopped dill then topped again with shredded cheese. And more fresh dill on top.
    definitely a crowd pleaser!

    We tried making the Paula Deen one with the chessmen crackers and french vanilla pudding and all. It was definitely good, but nothing beats the old school Nilla Wafer and jello pudding recipe.
