My truck just popped with a real VIN on the dealer website I am assuming that means its built? Would be about 2 weeks ahead of schedule.

 

Same thing happened withj mine as well... dealer called me and told me it was built Friday

Here's an interesting one. My truck had a build date of 8/17 with a rail depart of 8/23 heading to Chicago. When I looking up the Car location via the CSX telephone number provided by the OP I was given "information not available". The very next day I called and was given that the car was empty and unloaded in California on March 10 <-obviously not mine. I confirmed I put in the right information and when I came back with the same result I talked to a rep and they confirmed that it was empty. Has anyone else run into this? I'm assuming maybe it might be a different carrier? I pulled the number from toyota's delivery time line. Scratching my head on this. I'm definetly getting excited for this truck.

Vehicle not found, thats a pre-production VIN though so Id assume its been assigned a real VIN by now. Youd have to get that from your dealer

 

Well dang, it's lost in never never land...

I can't figure out how Amazon can track a wooden spoon from China, but we can't figure out where a truck is from Texas!!!!

 

They just tap into the tracking and listening devices built into the Chinese wooden spoon to see where its at. lol
